Registration
You can register by submitting your online registration form and paying your registration and participation fee. You will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail after submitting the form.

Registration on or before May 12, 2006 entitles you to reduction!

* MSc and PhD are allowed to register for the student fee, on the condition that they provide an official document, as an email, confirming the participant's student status.

How you can register

  1. You can register for the conference via the link mentioned above. Only electronically submitted registrations will be accepted.
  2. Make sure you really submit your registration form. After you submit the form you will automatically receive an email. If not, log in again and check if you used the submit button.
  3. Although the conference fee includes participation in the conference dinner, the organising committee would like to know if you want to attend the dinner. Please also indicate how many accompanying guests you want to bring along.
  4. If you want to attend one of the excursions or workshop you must subscribe for it.

Payment
Payment for registration should be made in advance in Euro. Payments can be made by bank transfer (free of charge to the beneficiary) or by credit card. Please indicate on your conference registration form how you wish to pay.

In case of payment by invoice, you will receive an invoice by email. If you choose to pay by credit card we will authorise your card as soon as we have received your credit card details. Cheques will not be accepted!

Please note registration fee does not include your hotel accommodation.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations should be made in writing to the FBU Conference Office. If notification is received by May 12th 2006, a refund of 75% will be made. If notification is received between May 12th and June 12th 2006, the refund will be 50%. There will be no refund for cancellations made after June 12th 2006.
