Dear EYE member

Recently you received a call for abstracts of the European Congress of Epidemiology, which will be held on June 28th till July 1st 2006 in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

During this congress, EYE organises a special session, which is open to all congress participants. In this session EYE members will give an oral presentation on ‘work on progress'. Work in progress means studies that are in their design or data collection phase and that are not yet analyzed and published. And thus suggestions of the audience are more than welcome .

We want to invite you to submit an abstract for the EYE session:

WORK IN PROGRESS

Abstract submission for this EYE session follows the normal abstract submission procedure and guidelines, which can be found on the website. However, make sure that you type 'EYE session: work in progress' in the free text box of the subtopic field of study design or methods. In this way, we can recognise your abstract as being submitted for the EYE session.

Note that there is a social programme especially for EYE members for which you can register on the congress website. So, if you want to meet other young epidemiologist in a non-scientific setting, join us!!
